Take tram line 4 to designer hotspot MerweVierhavens or walk to the city centre. Culture lovers will find museum Boymans van Beuningen and the Kunsthal around the corner. Erasmus MC is 600 metres away. Ideal if you have to go there for work or a visit.

Arrival & departure
You receive the digital key for the entrance of the hotel by email. We do not have a reception but in our living room you will find the self check-in.
- Check-in is possible from 3 pm.
- Check-out is possible until 11 am.

All the rooms have air conditioning.
Payment possibilities
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, V PAY and Maestro. Unfortunately, payment by cash is not possible.
Deposit
Upon arrival, we ask for a deposit of €100 for any extras during your stay and to maintain safety and quality. This will be collected via debit or credit card. If no additional costs are incurred, the full amount will be refunded within 7 days of departure via the same payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Your room has a TV with Chromecast and free Wi-Fi.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at hotel 171.

We do not serve breakfast but we have a partnership with Westerpaviljoen in our street (route) where you can get a delicious breakfast for € 14,95 (Monday to Friday from 8.00AM to 11.30AM and Saturday and Sunday from 9.00AM to 11.30AM) If this is not quite your taste, find your favourite breakfast spot further down the street

- Centraal Station is a 20 minute walk.
- Metro station Dijkzicht is a 3 minute walk.
- Tram stop Mathenesserlaan is a 2 minute walk.

- On the Nieuwe Binnenweg there is paid parking on the street.

- Erasmus MC Wytemaweg car park is open 24/7 and just a 5 minute walk from 171. Address: Wytemaweg 12 3015 CN Rotterdam. Max daily rate 25 euro
