Are you flexible and looking for a side job as a Front Office employee, but something a bit different\u2014specifically in a modern hotel without a reception desk?<\/p>\n

At Hotel 171, guests check themselves in via the check-in station in the living room. Our guests experience the convenience of hotel luxury combined with the freedom of an Airbnb. <\/p>\n

Even though we don’t have a physical reception desk, as a Front Office employee, you are present as a host and\/or reachable via intercoms\/phone to assist guests. As a host, you are the face of our hotel and stand ready for when a guest needs help or contact during self-check-in. <\/p>\n

We have an atmospheric, modern lobby where you can carry out your daily tasks, but because of this modern concept, you’ll have a flexible and informal work environment with us!<\/p>\n

What are your responsibilities?<\/h3>\n

  • Being on standby near the hotel if necessary to help guests with check-in and check-out when needed.<\/li>\n
  • Assisting guests with questions and issues.<\/li>\n
  • Processing reservations and payments.<\/li>\n
  • Answering phone calls and emails.<\/li>\n
  • Since guests can enter on their own with a digital key, things can sometimes go wrong. Staying alert regarding hotel access and security is important. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
